July 2018 - Intensive
Integrating 'the Conditions' in daily practice
I wasn't going to film this, but after Day 2 people were saying they would like a record of the classes/pranayamas etc.

Videos begin from Day 3, and I was integrating the pranayamas and practices from the previous sessions, so nothing much is missed.
(N.B. Only early and late morning sessions were recorded with the exception of the Friday afternoon (Day 6-3) which was also in my garden space. Unfortunately, the last morning session had sound issues, so there will only be a partial recording of the last day -although it does include the chanting we did together at the end.
