Arrival is on Friday from 14:00, you will be welcomed, shown your room and served a delicious meal before a gorgeous yoga nidra and chanting before bed.

Saturday has an optional pre-breakfast class to gently soothe you into the day. There is a morning workshop led my Marc and the afternoon session is an opportunity to ask questions and get specific help for any physical issue you would like help with.

Sunday also has an optional gentle pre-breakfast class and a final workshop before lunch and closing circle.

Don't forget your swimming costume for the wonderful sauna and heated pool for a fabulous post yoga indulgence.

Brooklands Barn is a stunning 19th century Sussex barn converted into a truly unique retreat space.
